Open to all. Fair Trade Items of all kinds will be on sale in the Fellowship Hall to support artisans and farmers in over 60 countries where they would be unable to support themselves for a fair wage otherwise. The sale of these goods are the sole source of financial support for these families.

“Five Wishes” addresses five important areas of care should you become unable to make your
own health care decisions. Most advance directives/Living Wills only address two.
A Panel Discussion to explain legally, medically and spiritually
the importance of having a living will/advance directives.
Admission is free!

All ages invited. Please invite family, friends and neighbors. This is for everyone!
Each participant will receive a free copy of “Five Wishes” and
as a group will be walked through the process of filling it out.
A completed Five Wishes booklet is recognized as a legal
Advance Directives/Living Will in most states including Maryland
